Can I sign up with automatic recurring payments?
Yes, you can come in and pick up a form to fill out for draft payments. Also, you can log on to our Online Portal and establish an account, then set up an ACH reccurring payment there as well. This service is only for the 1st of every month.
There has been a change in my taxes and/or insurance and the payment has decreased. Can I have my escrow re-analyzed so my payment could be adjusted?
We are only allowed to run escrow analysis once a year. This takes place in the month of January, and, according to calculations, if your payments increase or decrease, it will go into effect in March of that year.
I have an insurance check that is made out to American National Bank & Trust and myself for an insurance claim, how do I go about getting this signed?
Come into our mortgage department branch and we will have a form for you to fill out and we will be able to endorse the check over to you depending on the amount of the check.
You can also come by our office anytime Monday thru Friday 9am – 4pm, and any of our representatives will be happy to help you with any questions you might have.
When will I receive my statement each month?
Statements are generated on the 17th of every month.
